Terms and Conditions
Bookings and prepayments are required for all services.
On line bookings can only be made for single session appointments. Gift Vouchers and Subscriptions also available to book on line.
All types of sessions, packages, and Gift Vouchers are non transferable or shareable.
24 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduled appointments.
For refunds on bookings cancelled by yourselves we do charge a $15.00 administration fee.
For any booking that is rescheduled we allow two reschedules at no cost, any reschedules thereafter will incur $10.00 admin fee.
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment it will be considered a no show and your session payment will be forfeited.
Late arrivals will only be accepted up to 15mins into your allocated session.
Any late arrival up to the 15 minutes will be included as part of your scheduled session time. i.e you arrive 12 minutes late your remaining time on a 45 minute session will be 33 minutes.
If you arrive any later the session is considered a non-refundable no show. Late arrivals do not allow for rescheduling of the appointment.

For Bring a Friend Session, entry into the sauna will only be permitted once the Terms and conditions have been completed and signed in studio by both participants.
Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and are valid for 28 days for 3 Session Package, 90 days for 9 Session Package

Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of purchase.
The voucher cannot be used by purchaser and once redeemed is strictly non transferable. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Voucher must be surrendered on initial redemption.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Prices are subject to change without notice. This is only applicable for bookings that have not yet been prepaid. Any prepaid services will be honoured.
General:
For your first visit please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session start time to complete your Registration.
For subsequent visits please arrive 5 minutes before your booked session
Simply Rejuvenate is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings
We reserve the right to refuse entry at anytime.
Entry Requirements:
No person under 16 is permitted in the sauna.
Photo ID with your date of birth must be produced if asked.
No intoxicated person will be permitted in the sauna
Infrared Sauna
It is recommended that you avoid infrared saunas if you have or had any of the following:
Insensitivity to heat, severe cold or flu, heart attack, haemophilia, dermatitis, brain tumours. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding it is also recommended to avoid the sauna.
If you use drugs/steroids either avoid the sauna or consult with your doctor.
Please consult your doctor prior to using the sauna if you are suffering from any chronic medical conditions, cardiovascular conditions, are elderly, have low or high blood pressure, circulatory system problems or diabetes.
I acknowledge that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death in using an infrared sauna and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Simply Rejuvenate or staff for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Massage
Simply Rejuvenate does not make any representations as to:
the safety or quality of the Massage Service provided by the Therapist; or
the safety or quality of the Massage Equipment used by the Therapist during the Massage Service; or
the condition or description of any products used by the Therapist during the Massage Service.
The Massage Services offered by the Therapists are strictly therapeutic. Any suggestions or comments by you that are in sexual nature before, during or after the Booking, will result in termination of the Booking and suspension of your account with no refund, and will be reported to authorities as a matter of sexual harassment.
I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Simply Rejuvenate or staff for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Red Light Therapy
Each session has a duration of maximum 20 minutes.
This is an independent use of LLLT, and all it requires is for a staff member of Simply Rejuvenate to switch on the unit, provide you with eye protection and you have the option of sitting away from the the unit for overall coverage or you may stand closer to the unit for deeper penetration to the tissues.
The frequency of visits will depend on your desired outcome and purpose of your visit. This is a general wellbeing tool but there are many specific conditions that can also be treated. We will discuss these with you prior to your session.
It is understood that we are not able to provide you with medical advice. Please refer to your medical practitioner for any advice or consent prior to use.
Not for use on children under 12; do not use over breast or stomach of breast feeding or pregnant woman; clients with epilepsy or history of seizures; avoid with clients taking cortisone or other steroidal injections; avoid patients taking photosensitive drugs; do not use over known cancer tumour or metastasis; eye protection recommended but not required.
I release Simply Rejuvenate for any responsibility in case of an accident, illness, or injury.
